How much does Voicepanel cost?

We charge a flat annual subscription fee for access to our software starting at $99 per month. If you are using Voicepanel with a research panel, you are responsible for recruiting costs & incentive payments as with your chosen panel provider.
Do you charge for survey responses?
Free plans are limited to 25 completes per month (300 per year) and Business plans are limited to 250 completes per month (3000 per year). If you exceed the limit you'll be charged overage fees of $10 per complete. With our Enterprise plans you can collect unlimited responses with our software.
What are credits?
Credits allow you to pay for recruiting fees & incentives directly in Voicepanel with our built-in recruiting powered by our partner, Respondent. We offer competitive recruiting fees of $4 per B2C complete and $6 per B2B complete. Credits are optional and aren't needed if you are using Voicepanel with your customers or a 3rd party panel.
How does your Enterprise pricing work?
We can customize an agreements based on your specific businesses requirements, including expected volume, seats, API access, and any custom services required.
