How is Voicepanel different from a survey or form?
Unlike surveys that have a fixed set of questions, Voicepanel offers a conversational interface to get you more useful responses. Designing a survey is a highly involved process that requires carefully crafting all the questions, answer choices, conditional logic, etc. ahead of time. With Voicepanel you can simply write what you want to learn about, and get back detailed responses that are organized automatically afterwards.
How does it perform vs. survey open-ended questions?
We consistently see our voice surveys resulting in 5X longer responses than surveys with the equivalent open-ended text questions. Respondents frequently comment on the ease of speaking their answers rather than typing, as well as the more natural flow of conversation with personalized probing questions.
How do you recruit respondents?
You can easily recruit respondents for Voicepanel projects by specifying your desired demographic audience and screener questions. We have partnered with Respondent to provide instant access to over 3M participants in 150 countries, with fine-grained targeting for consumers & business professionals. It is typical for our customers to run projects with a general population audience and get back 100 completed responses within an hour.
Can I "bring my own" respondents?
Yes. Just like survey software, every Voicepanel project has a unique URL with optional query parameters. You can share the survey directly with your customers, your preferred 3rd party research panel, or any other audience of interest.
What languages do you support?
We currently allow respondents to take our survey in 29 different languages; we automatically translate all your questions as well automatically translate the responses back to your preferred language for analysis. Our supported languages are Arabic, Bulgarian, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Filipino, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Spanish, Swedish, Tamil, Turkish, Ukrainian.
What types of stimuli can I include?
You can include websites, images, videos (including raw files & YouTube videos), audio files, or Figma prototypes as part of the survey experience. Our surveys allow you to include "Tasks" with your own instructions.
Do you provide analysis of the responses?
Yes. In addition to collecting the raw responses we provide a detailed AI analysis that summarizes the key themes & takeaways. We also have 'chat with the data' so you can ask any question and get back detailed answers, rooted in detailed evidence from your responses.
Can I export the transcripts to analyze on my own?
Yes, you can easily export the raw transcripts to csv format to perform your own analysis or use with other tools.
Do you collect any PII?
We don't collect any PII as a default, but we do provide an option to collect email addresses. If you'd like to identify your customers anonymously you can pass URL parameters (e.g. a customer ID) to associate responses with your CRM.
